1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TargetFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Service Description
TargetFlow provides a SaaS platform for managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Yandex Direct, VK Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) via AI assistants and a built-in UI. Feature access depends on your selected plan.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any actions taken under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. OAuth tokens for connected ad accounts are stored encrypted at rest.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant error-free operation of third-party APIs (Yandex, Google, Meta, etc.) and are not responsible for decisions made by AI assistants — the final decision is always yours. Destructive actions (campaign pause, budget changes) require explicit confirmation via `confirmation_token`.
